The project consists of a cover formed by strips of green roof that rise in random peaks to achieve a resonance with the hills around.
Garden strips that rise and fall randomly, generate a topography that endows the building of movement and highlights distinctiveness within the gray mass of the surrounding urban monotony.
Vegetative roof is also thermally efficient to absorb heat and reduce temperatures inside. The water collected in the plate and in the parking deck is piped to a treatment plant where it is filtered for reuse within the building and to irrigate the green roof. With this system and an intelligent choice of plants in the region, the cover keeps itself and become environmentally sustainable.
