This house is a new construction in one of the last empty plots of land in the most prestigious residential development in Mexico City, Jardines del Pedregal, originally conceived by Luis Barragán. The house is quite large in size, 1,300m2, because it has to meet all the demands of the family. The residence is divided in the social area as an independent block and the private area as another block. These two volumes are united by a staircase contained in a glass box.
